  Damn nasty where to start. I purchased a Lexus ES 330 from them back in May 2014 and 3 months later and driving with wife in the Car and she said "what's the burning smell"?. I said I didn't smell anything. So finally another 3 months I started noticing it coming through the Vents. Checked the engine and didn't see anything or oil. As time went on it got worse and worse and got to the point where I had to put recirculateverything on the vent to keep smell from coming in. Then the following year(July 2015) on top of that, the Wheel bearings went out on both sides and had to get those replaced to a tune of nearly $500.00 per side. I requested a deferred payment and got the run around, faxed the repair receipts like they requested and they kept claiming the never received it even though I faxed it over 3 times!! Then the CV joints went out April 2017 had to get those replaced at the tune of over $650.00 and while the mechanic was doing the CV joints, I told him about the burning smell that is bad now. They diagnosed and got back with me by end of the day and told me it's the Valve Cover Caskets and the repair will be $829.00 which is a deal because other mechanics quoted me over a grand. I understand you have to maintain a vehicle which I stay on top of, and have repairs you may come across here and there, but MAJOR repairs back to back is ridiculous! It's hard to maintain car payments on time when you have to keep getting damn major expensive repairs done on top of that! I got recently laid off this past May and ended up getting behind on two payments and used my severance which wasn't much to catch me back up with my payments. I fell behind again due to continued unemployment because it took almost 3 months(May-Aug) to get hired again at another job in my field and got repossession threats. They asked me aren't you getting unemployment? I said yes but I can't live in the damn Car I need that to keep a Roof over my head! I'm back working now as of July 31st 2017 and will get caught back up, but now after all these repairs part of me to just give them this Car back especially having another 2.5 years left on the lease. They basically sold me a Lemon and Lexus are usually good Cars and I've paid off two cars with them before back in the early 2000s but this experience this time, they lost a customer and after I get done paying this Money pit off I will never finance a Car with them again. By the way the Valve Cover Caskets still needs to be replaced. I can't afford to play catch up and pay for a $800 repair at the same time...This Has been a hellatious experience!! Stop ripping folks off!!!!

  The customer service is the absolute worst. If you ever find yourself in dire need of assistance when purchasing a car, keep looking. They will make your life a living hell. I've had a couple good experiences with them, but the majority are rude and lack professionalism. It's as if they don't like their job. The energy is just sickening. I'm still paying off a car that stopped working like 2 years ago. Never missed a payment. They still call and harass me if I make a payment on Sunday instead of Saturday. Fix your f**king database so that it register the payment in real-time. The overall experience is below acceptable. I doubt they be around much longer.
